This savoury aromatic product is created by slowly cooking fresh onions over a low heat allowing their natural juicy sweetness to come out in the form of sugar. The sugars release, cook, caramelize and create dark onions with an intense complex flavour. They can be cooked according to your needs with:

- Our caramelized onions are typically packed in 1 and 2 kilo pillow packs.
- Sautéed Onions
We use the same fresh Spanish onions and sauté them quickly over a high heat. The onions become translucent, tender, but still hold their shape. They are available in a light, medium or dark sautés and can be cut in julienne, diced 5mm, 10mm cut sizes.
