We have been producing three iconic pestos for many years – beginning with Basil Pesto, a simple yet powerhouse flavour made primarily from basil, parmesan cheese, olive oil and a few other key ingredients in our recipe. Our pestos can be accompanied with pine nuts or walnuts or even nut free if you choose. All of our Pestos are completely fresh and contain no additives or preservatives. Delmare has also produced vegetarian pestos without dairy components for the vegetarian-conscious community. Other types of pestos have also been developed and produced including, but not limited to, Artichoke Pesto, Kale Pesto and Arugula Pesto. No longer is Pesto just for pasta. You can use it in your dips, replace your pizza sauce, spread it on bread or bruschetta, mix up a salad dressing or even sauce your meat. Get creative with your pesto.
